Savills is a leading global real estate service provider listed on the London Stock Exchange. The business is regarded as an innovative and forward thinking organisation renowned for its high quality associates with excellent negotiating skills.  

Broadgate Creative was approached by the marketing team to create a new range of advertorials and advertisments focusing on their local expertise for display in regional UK newspapers and magazines. Part of our solution was to create a range of illustrations and infographics that demonstrated the Savills approach and method in an attractive, logical design.

The main challenge with the project was to produce a flexible new advertorial design theme that could be run alongside existing property listing features.

We successfully developed a range of templates for a wide selection of advertorial subjects and styles that allow Savills to tailor their advertising to their regional markets, focusing on their attention to detail and powerful knoweledge resources.

A picture tells a thousand words – an illustration can say it all

A series of illustrations were commissioned for each advertorial we produced. These were carefully detailed to represent the topic.

Gearing up with motion graphics

Simple animation adds another level of interest to illustrations – we extended their scope of use across digital marketing materials.

Beyond the brief

Alongside press advertorials we also created other regional marketing tools, such as banner adverts for use on the property website, Rightmove and brochures for the Savills Equestrian Team.
