We often work directly alongside the owners of SMEs who have a vision for their brand, but require a local agency to partner with them and deliver it without an internal design or marketing team of their own.

Broadgate operates with Laxton Properties in just this way. The directors, Ed Whetham and Giles Holder oversee all marketing outputs, working alongside us to maintain and develop their brand.

We ensure that all collateral is executed on-brand and that each development has a distinct and individual look and feel of its own.

A sense of place

Each property development is named and a logo designed to help distinguish the location in its own right. This is specified to work within the parameters of the Laxton Properties brand style so that everything has an inherent and consistent look and feel.

Website design

We also launched a new website for Laxton Properties, which is responsive to all screen sizes. Setting the scene for the business and its activities, the site offers enticing imagery, access to completed projects, information on new development opportunities and properties for sale.

Selling the dream

High-end print collateral is a necessity when selling quality homes. Use of textured and embossed papers, foiling and spacious, elegant layout designs all ensure the right feel is conveyed.
