How we help
Our relationship with PRHA emerged out of our work for other, similar-sized housing associations.
The CEO was keen to modernise the organisation’s branding and communications while respecting its heritage. We began with the branding, refreshing the existing logo and typeface, strengthening the colour palette and developing a cleaner look and feel.
The rebrand kicked off a whole set of changes across both print and digital platforms.
It was committed members of the Portsmouth and Southsea Rotary Club that founded the Association and it now owns and manages 162 dwellings across 12 locations in Portsmouth and Fareham.
Our involvement also coincided with the organisation’s 50th anniversary, and we designed a range of materials to support that historic landmark.
Ensuring resident messaging hit the mark
An early task was to ensure the quality of resident communications matched the high service standards, which meant a complete relaunch of the regular resident magazine, the main messaging platform.
From static to lively
The existing PRHA website was static and brochure based. Our brief was to design a simple but elegant site which would bring the association’s messaging to life for residents, partners and regulators alike.
“After considerable research, we chose Broadgate as our design partners. Not only were Broadgate cheaper, they clearly understood our business. It was a seamless process from start to finish and I would have no hesitation in recommending David and the team.”
