How we help
Innisfree is a housing association that provides high quality affordable homes, is proud of its Irish roots and its experience in working with migrant communities. Established in 1985 to meet the housing and support needs of the Irish communities in London, it now owns and manages over 550 homes mainly in the London Boroughs of Brent, Camden and Haringey.
Our first task at Innisfree was to support the then new CEO and to develop a communications strategy for the organisation, putting in place the building blocks for a planned and cohesive approach.
We continue to work hand in hand with the CEO who has a keen understanding of the importance of effective marketing and communications.
We also work on mainstream communications projects for Innisfree, ranging from advice on media relations to managing the production of the quarterly resident newsletter.
Pledge to Migrant People
We are extremely proud to have been significantly involved in the development of the Housing Association Pledge to Migrant People, part of a national campaign to encourage support for migrants and their housing needs.
Training to empower
We ran two training workshops, one on handling the media and one on social media, to provide all staff with the core tools to enable them to feel more confident about dealing with the media and social media interaction.
Social value toolkit launch
We worked alongside the CEO, in his then capacity as Chair of the g320, on the launch of the g320 Social Value Toolkit. The toolkit provides a comprehensive methodology for collecting data on social value performance and the structuring of social value stories and value for money.
"We’ve been working with Broadgate for many years. Strategically, they’ve helped us to continue to develop our communications capacity, at the right pace for us and with our distinct Innisfree character and personality retained. Operationally, we have a trusted business partner relationship generating the usual set of newsletters, publications and brand stock to meet the ongoing business needs. What’s not to like?"
